About Mallard Lakes

Mallard Lakes is a neighborhood of 120 homes nestled amid three small lakes in northern Winston Salem, North Carolina. Our neighborhood is near historic Bethania, a village settled by the Moravians in 1759. The lakes, Bluebill, Teal, and Canvasback, are home to ducks, geese, herons, and of course, bass and catfish. Birds thrive in the surrounding woods, including hawks, owls, and even uncommon pileated woodpeckers. Mallard Lakes is a delightful place to live in North Carolina’s piedmont.
