Updates and Information

Currently all board meetings are being held by Zoom. Meetings have been changed to the fourth Thursday of every month at 7pm. An email is sent to the Google Groups list inviting homeowners to participate.

July 2022
Hi Neighbors,

Clark Simson Miller (CSM) is now our new management company and is working to complete the transition from HOAM. A 4-page Welcome Letter has been snail mailed to all homeowners.

As a result, CSM advises that you NOT MAKE your 3rd quarter dues payment until you receive the Welcome Letter. It has information included on page 3 specifically for each homeowner that you will need in order to make a payment. Late fees will not be applied for payments received in July, but the normal 6% late fee will apply to payments received after July 30th.

Page 2 of the letter contains instructions for registering on the CSM Vine portal, and I would urge everyone to do this so that you can check your information and make sure it’s correct. Please also add or confirm your email address so that important messages from CSM will reach you.

Included in the Welcome Letter on page 4 is a form to fill out if you’d like to auto draft your dues. When you receive the form in the Welcome Letter, you should circle the Q4 option on the ACH Draft form and remit payment for Q3 dues via one of the other available payment methods once you have your account information. You can scan and email the completed form or you can fill out and submit the form through the CSM Vine portal.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Many thanks for your patience,

Dinny Forbes

The Winston-Salem Pedestrian Plan, or Walkable Winston-Salem, builds on past efforts to create a new vision for walking throughout the City. The plan will be used by the City of Winston-Salem to prioritize, fund, and implement high-quality pedestrian infrastructure, with supportive programs and policies for walking.

You can get involved today by sharing your ideas through their interactive map. Use this map to leave comments about where you would like to see new and improved routes, and view comments left by others.
