The Mallard Lakes Association Board of Directors has voted to continue annual dues for 2023 at $800. You should receive information to this effect from Clarke Simson Miller (CSM) in the near future.
You may pay annually or quarterly. The most convenient payment method is online by auto draft (ACH). You must sign up for this method on the CSM VineHOA Portal www.csmhoa.com. If you need assistance, feel free to call the CSM support line at 865-315-7505.

If you choose to pay annually, $800 is due on January 1st.
If you choose quarterly, your payments of $200 are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Be advised that if your payments are not received by the 30th day of the month it is due, you will be charged a late fee equaling an annual 6% as stipulated in the MLA By Laws.

MLA Board Meetings
Currently all board meetings are being held via Google Meets. Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7pm. An email is sent to the Google Groups list inviting homeowners to participate. If you wish to attend and are not in the MLA Google Groups list, contact Andrew Cave at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Clark Simson Miller (CSM) is our current management company. A 4-page Welcome Letter was emailed and snail mailed to all homeowners in 2022. If you still have problems registering on the CSM Vine portal, below are some suggestions.
You can email email@example.com to request the 3-word phrase you’ll need to register on the portal. Then go to www.csmhoa.com/vine to access the CSM Vine portal and follow the instructions to register. Once you set up your account on the portal, you can sign up for auto debit using the form available by going to the “Documents” tab and selecting “ACH Form”. You can also call support at 865-315-7505.
Monthly financials are available under the “Documents” tab on the CSM Vine portal.
Two notes: 1) there is a nominal fee to pay by credit card; 2) auto debit won’t be effective until the month after you sign up.
